Ron Saenz
Ron has been a licensed California real estate broker since 2006, and has years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, he holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from UCSD and a Master of City Planning from SDSU. Along with his education, his added value to the real estate business comes from his years working as a regional and binational planner with the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and several years working as an environmental planner with state agencies including Caltrans, Cal-EPA, and State Parks. He also was a research assistant at the Institute of Regional Studies of the Californias at SDSU.
Additional experience incudes his strong understanding of land use and planning trends for the San Diego region. While he was at SANDAG he served as regional planner and was responsible for the intergovernmental review of planning and private development projects in the region. He also was able to interphase and collaborate with local elected officials & business leaders from both sides of the border on exploring ways to grow our economies and work closer together on issues like economic development, housing, environment, and transportation.

Vice PresidentRaul is a licensed attorney in Mexico and an active member of "ANADE" (Asociacion Nacional de Abogados de Empresa) in Mexico. He is especially experienced with global clients, investors and real estate projects in Mexico. Raul's experience also includes many years in management in the fields of Tax Tax, Human Resources, Banking Operations in the Industrial sector in Mexico.
Raul also has experience in real estate since 2002. His track record reflects his strengths and commitment to what he does. Raul has consistently been recognized as a top producer. Raul's passion for real estate is characterized by his practical and results-driven approach.
The ultimate testimony to Raul's effectiveness is the high percentage of repeat client sales and past client referrals reflected in the team's sales records year after year. This client-centered approach together with a keen understanding of the marketplace, creativity in negotiations and solid relationships developed in the real estate community over the years provide a platform to assure our clients of guaranteed results.
Everrardo Macias
Chief Financial Officer, SecretaryEverarrdo Macias, has represented both individual and corporate clients, both locally and internationally, focusing on business/corporate and commercial real estate transactions.
In addition, Everrardo serves as corporate counsel to several companies, there in advising on corporate compliance and formalities, in addition to commercial transaction matters.
Everarrdo has also provide legal advise to International corporations, and specifically being on the USA-Mexico border, to Mexican companies and investors in their operations in the U.S.
Everarrdo's practice provides consultations on real estate investments and in the acquisitions and divestiture of commercial real estate transactions.
